Morocco's Confirmative Preliminary AD Ruling on China's Plywood

On December 13, 2011, Ministry of Foreign Trade of Morocco released a notice on the preliminary antidumping ruling on plywood originating in China, stating it preliminarily confirmed dumping exits after twice examinations by Import Advisory Committee, and it therefore is considering imposing provisional antidumping duty of 25%.

The Ministry also stated that interested parties can submit comments and suggestions, supplementary information, and the applications for holding a public hearing to Department of Foreign Trade Policy under Ministry of Foreign Trade of Morocco within 15 working days from the date of release of the notice.
