The U.S. Delays China Tariff Ruling

The U.S. Commerce Department may delay by a month its decision on whether to impose countervailing duties on Chinese solar imports.

As Sustainable Business Oregon reports, earlier this month, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted to advance its investigation into China's trade policies in a case brought on by Hillsboro-based SolarWorld Industries America Inc.
