Thailand Keeps AD Duty on China's Citric Acid

On January 13, 2012, the Department of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand sent a note to China Embassy in Thailand, stating that it has announced the disclosure on final antidumping (AD) ruling on China's citric acid under HS code 2918.14.00000.

According to the disclosure, cancellation of antidumping measures will cause the continuation of dumping by the Chinese products and of injury to Thai local industry; therefore, Thailand plans to continue the antidumping duty at 38.10% for 5 years.
