EU Re-Takes AD Probe on China's Ironing Boards

On March 2, 2012, the European Commission released a notice, stating that the General Court of the EU ruled on November 8, 2011 cancelling the preliminary and final antidumping (AD) rulings by the Commission on ironing boards made by Chinese Zhejiang Harmonic Hardware Products Co. Ltd., but now, the Commission has decided to only launch the antidumping investigation into the Chinese company.

The involved products are under EU Combined HS codes ex39249090, ex44219098, ex73239991, ex73239999, ex85167970 and ex85169000.

In February 2006, the EU launched the antidumping investigation into China's ironing boards; in April 2007, it made an affirmative ruling on this case.
