Canada Tells Coming AD Expiry on China's Hot-Rolled Carbon-Steel Plates

On March 6, 2012, Canada Border Services Agency announced that an expiry is coming on January 8, 2013 regarding the antidumping (AD) measures on hot-rolled carbon-steel medium plates originating in China, which are taken from January 9, 2008, so interested parties are required to submit their application for antidumping sunset review to Canadian International Trade Tribunal from the announcement date until that formal expiry date; otherwise, the antidumping measures will be terminated.
On February 13, 1997, the Agency launched the antidumping investigation under HS codes 72085110.00, 72085199.10, 72085199.91, 72085199.92, 72085199.93, 72085199.94, 72085199.95, 72085219.00, 72085290.10, 72085290.91, 72085290.92, 72085290.93, 72085290.94 and 72085290.95.
On September 25, 1997, the Agency made a final ruling that Chinese enterprises have a dumping margin of 27.3%.
On February 13, 1997, the Agency launched the antidumping investigation under HS codes 72085110.00, 72085199.10, 72085199.91, 72085199.92, 72085199.93, 72085199.94, 72085199.95, 72085219.00, 72085290.10, 72085290.91, 72085290.92, 72085290.93, 72085290.94 and 72085290.95.
