India Final AD Sunset-Review Ruling on Chinese Viscose Yarn

On Feb. 24, 2012, India made out a final ruling for anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on Chinese-made viscose yarns under HS Codes 54033100, 54033200, 54033300, 54034110, 54034120, 54034130, 54034140, 54034150, 54034160, 54034170, 54034180, 54034190.
In the case, China's Yibin Hiest Fibre Limited Corporation has legally responded.

In Feb. 2011, India started investigation for the anti-dumping sunset review.
