EU Takes AD Midterm-Review Probe on China's Bicycles

On March 9, 2012, the European Commission released a notice, stating the launch of an antidumping (AD) midterm review investigation into China-made bicycles under HS codes 87120030 and ex87120070.

In the notice, the European Commission stated that the situation of antidumping on China’s bicycles has changed and that, because of the long-term change, current measures have already been unable to offset the dumping.
