EU Revokes AD Midterm Review on Chinese Sodium Cyclamates

On April 5, 2012, the EU announced revoking its midterm review of anti-dumping (AD) on China-made Sodium Cyclamates, which are under its consolidated HS Code ex29299000, because the appealers have withdrawn their petition for the review on January 17 this year.

In February 2011, the EU started the anti-dumping midterm-review probe, only involving China's Fang Da Food Additive (Shenzhen) Limited and Fang Da Food Additive (Yan Quan) Limited.
