Australian Initial Anti-Subsidy Ruling on China-Welded Tubes

On June 6, 2012, Australia Customs made a preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on welded tubes from China (see the table below).

Therein, the anti-subsidy probe has been canceled for two Chinese enterprises Xiangxing Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. and Huludao City Steel Pipe Industrial Co., Ltd. because their subsidy margins are both less than 2% regarding the products involved under HS Codes 73063000, 73066100, 73066900.
