The U.S. to Counter Auto-Parts Imports from China

According to Reuters news of June 18, the U.S. government is considering taking counter measures on automobile parts imported from China, with close attention also to other matters in Sino-U.S. auto trade.

Organizations like the United Steel Workers of America are pressing the Obama Administration to curb the pouring imports of China-made auto parts by resorting to the WTO about China's anti-subsidy policy or imposing antidumping and anti-subsidy duties on the Chinese parts.
