EU Cancels AD on Non-Motor Vehicles' Saddles from China

On June 21, 2012, the European Commission announced that it has decided to cancel the antidumping measures from June 22, 2012 on non-motor vehicles' saddles made in China, which are under HS Codes 87149500, ex87149990 and ex95069110, since no EU enterprise petitioned for taking a sunset review.

The EU started the antidumping probe in April 2006 and made an affirmative final ruling in June 2007.
