Pakistani AD Ruling on One-side Coated Cardboards from China

On June 29, 2012, Pakistan made a preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling on one-side coated cardboards from China mainland, South Korea, Indonesia and Chinese Taiwan.

The Pakistani government will not levy provisional antidumping duties on the involved products under HS Codes 4810.9200 and 4810.9900 according to Islamabad High Court order issued on June 15, though material injury is inflicted on Pakistani industries during an investigation period.

On January 11, 2012, the government started the antidumping investigation.
