The U.S. Expedites AD Sunset Review on Folding Gift Boxes from China

On July 6, 2012, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced starting an expedited sunset review for its antidumping on China-made folding gift boxes in order to determine whether or not revoking the antidumping order would lead to continuation or recurrence of the material injury to U.S. industries within a reasonably foreseeable time.
On March 19, 2001, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched the antidumping probe under HS Codes 48192000.40 and 48195040.60;
On November 20, 2001, the Department made a final ruling that levies 1.67%-164.75% antidumping duties on Chinese enterprises involved;
On April 2, 2012, the Department started the second sunset review on the case.
