Canadian Two-Anti Injury Rulings on Welded Carbon-Steel Pipes from 7 Origins

On July 13, 2012, Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced its preliminary injury rulings for antidumping and anti-subsidy on welded carbon-steel pipes from India, Chinese Taiwan, Oman, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey and the UAE, holding that their dumping and subsidy have inflicted material injury or material retardation or material injury threat on Canadian domestic industries.

On May 14, 2012, the Canada Border Services Agency announced starting the antidumping probe into the products from India, Chinese Taiwan, Oman, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey and the UAE and starting the anti-subsidy probe into those from India, Oman and the UAE.

Before January 1, 2012, the governing HS Codes were 73063010.14, 73063010.24, 73063010.34, 73063090.14, 73063090.19, 73063090.24, 73063090.29, 73063090.34, 73063090.39;
After January 1, 2012, they are 73063000.14, 73063000.24, 73063000.34, 73063000.14, 73063000.19, 73063000.24, 73063000.29, 73063000.34, 73063000.39.
