The U.S. Affirms Injury by Tapered Roller Bearings from China under AD Sunset Review

On July 31, 2012, for antidumping (AD) sunset review on tapered roller bearings from China, the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) gave an affirmative final ruling on their injury to American industries;

Based on the Commission's ruling, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) continues five-year antidumping duties on the Chinese products.

In September 1986, the DOC initiated the antidumping probe and in May 1987 issued its antidumping duty order.

In August 2011, the DOC started its sunset review for the antidumping measures.

In November 2011, the USITC started its sunset-review probe on industrial injury.
