Chinese Want Two-Anti Probe into EU Polysilicon

It is reported on August 19 that China's MOFCOM authority has accepted a complaint filed by four dominant polysilicon enterprises of China for conducting antidumping and anti-subsidy probes into polysilicons from EU countries.

The four complaining companies hold that polysilicons imported from the EU have taken on dumping activities severely impacting and injuring domestic industry.

According to China Customs statistics, during January-June, the EU exported to China totally 9,300 tons of polysilicons at average USD 27.5/KG, respectively up 30.8% and down 47.5% year-on-year.
