U.S. Admin-Review Ruling on Chinese Wooden Furniture

 
On August 27, 2012, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its antidumping (AD) administrative-review final ruling on wooden bedroom furniture from China, making 216.01% the general AD duty rate on the Chinese furniture.

On December 17, 2003, the Department started the antidumping probe under HS Codes 94035090.40, 94035090.80 and 70099250.00;

On November 17, 2004, the Department finally ruled 5.07%-198.08% as the Chinese dumping margin;

On February 28, 2011, the Department started the twelfth antidumping administrative review.
