On Sept. 14, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced its decision to terminate the antidumping and anti-subsidy probes into aluminum unitized curtain walls from China because of absence of evidence for relevant Chinese injury, injury retard or injury threat.

Based on the negative Tribunal ruling, the Canada Border Services Agency will also end its antidumping and anti-subsidy probes on those Chinese products.

On July 16, the Border Services Agency started the two-anti probes under HS Codes 76101000.20, 76109010.90, 76109090.90.
