EU AD Ruling on Coiled Aluminum Foils from China

On Sept. 18, the EU made its preliminary antidumping ruling on coiled aluminum foils from China under EU HS Codes ex76071111 and ex76071910:



In the preliminary ruling, the EU chose Turkey-made products as the Chinese substitute to calculate their normal value.

In December 2011, the EU started the antidumping probe.
