India Sunset Review on Phosphoric Acids from China

On September 10, India authority started its antidumping sunset review on technical and food-grade phosphoric acids from China under HS Code 28092010 at the request of Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Limited and M/s Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd.

The dumping probe period is April 1, 2011-March 31, 2012, and the injury probe period includes April 2008-March 2009, April 2009-March 2010, April 2010-March 2011 and the dumping probe period.
