China to Give Zero Duty to 95% Goods from Afghanistan

On September 17 and October 13, China-Afghanistan exchanges of notices got done between Chinese and Afghan diplomats on China's offer of zero duty to goods from Afghanistan under 95% of HS Codes.

The Chinese duty-free treatment is expected to take effect in 2013 and spur the bilateral trade.
