India Final Ruling on Chinese Ceramic Tile Exporters

 
On September 28, India authority made a final antidumping (AD) ruling on China-made ceramic tiles: remove the antidumping duty from the Chinese products exported to India by Foshan Z&D Ceramics Ltd. while manufactured by Jiangxi Zhengda Ceramics Co. Ltd.

In February 2011, India started the antidumping probe into new exporters under HS Codes 6907, 6914 and 6908.

On May 18, 2012, India also started the new exporter probe at the request of Chinese enterprises Foshan Sanshui Romantic Ceramics Co Limited, (Producer-1), Heyuan Romantic Ceramics Company Limited, (Producer-2), Foshan Beyond Import and Export Company Limited, (Shipper), and Thai Impex Malaysia SDN BHD, Malaysia (Exporter), with the probing period from May 1 to October 31, 2012.
