On October 25, the Canada Border Services Agency announced its final sunset-review ruling that revoking antidumping and anti-subsidy on China-made seamless steel casing pipes for oil/gas would lead to continuation or recurrence of the Chinese dumping and subsidy.

On August 13, 2007, the Canadian Agency launched the double-anti probe under HS Codes 7304290011, 7304290019, 7304290021, 7304290029.

On February 7, 2008, the Agency finally ruled the Chinese dumping margins at 37%-45%, subsidy rates at 2%-38% and subsidy amount at CNY 160-3,381/ton.

On June 28, 2012, the Agency started the sunset review.
