Mexico Ups AD Indicative Price on China Seamless Steel Pipes

Reported by Mexican financier news, Mexico authority has altered its antidumping (AD) levy on the seamless steel pipes from China.
As per the antidumping duty set in February 2011, the duty at up to 56% can be levied on the Chinese pipes priced at not more than USD 1,772/ton.
On October 17, 2012, the authority decided to raise the antidumping indicative price to not more than USD 2,772/ton, and the antidumping duty amount should be the difference between the higher indicative price and declared prices but may not exceed USD 1,252/ton.
