EU AD Expiry Dates on China Activated Carbons & Russia Ammonium Nitrates

 
On November 15, the European Commission announced that its antidumping measures on China activated carbons will expire on July 11, 2013 and antidumping measures on Russian ammonium nitrates will expire on July 13, 2013, and interested parties calling for sunset reviews should submit their written petitions three months before the respective expiries from the announcing date.

In May 1994, the EU gave an affirmative final ruling on Russian ammonium nitrates; and in June 1996, it gave an affirmative final ruling on China activated carbons.
