U.S. Quits Sunset Review on China Metal Folding Chairs/Tables

On November 29, 2012, U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final ruling that, because no domestic interested party petitioned for its sunset review, it has decided not to conduct anymore a sunset review on metal folding chairs and tables from China, along with their antidumping measures to repeal.

On May 24, 2001, the Commerce Department started its antidumping probe into Chinese metal folding chairs and tables under HS Codes 94017100.10, 94017100.30, 94017900.45, 94017900.50, 940320015, 94032000.30, 94037080.10, 94037080.20, 94037080.30;

On April 24, 2002, the Department finally ruled Chinese dumping margins at 0.00%-70.71%;

On October 1, 2012, the Department started its sunset review on the case.
