Brazil AD Duty on China Stainless Steel Tableware

 
On December 6, Brazil's foreign-trade commission announced its antidumping (AD) duty at USD 19.70/kg on stainless steel tableware from China for five years under Mercosur HS Codes 8211.10.00, 8211.91.00, 8215.20.00 and 8215.99.10.

In December 2010, the Brazilian TRAMONTINA company filed a lawsuit that the stainless steel tableware from China dumped in Brazil and the Brazilian authority later ruled that the Chinese products injured domestic enterprises.
