Canada Keeps AD Duties on China Bicycles/Bike Frames

On December 7, 2012, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced continuing Canadian antidumping (AD) duties on bicycles and bike frames from China.

On May 15, 1992, Canada Border Services Agency started the antidumping prove under HS Codes 87120000.12, 87120000.20, 87120000.30, 87120000.40, 87120000.50, 87120000.90;

On December 11, 1992, the Border Agency finally ruled the antidumping duties at 12%-46% on mainland Chinese enterprises and 13% on Taiwanese enterprises;

On March 28, 2012, the CITT announced starting its sunset review on the case.
