Brazil Takes Sunset Review on China Combs

 
On December 11, 2012, Brazil authority announced starting its antidumping sunset review on combs from China under Mercosur HS Code 96032900.

The authority intends to choose Germany-made combs as substitute to calculate the normal value of Chinese combs;

In Brazilian petition, the Chinese dumping margin should be 400%;

The dumping probe period is July 2011-June 2012 and the injury probe period is July 2007-June 2012;

The interested parties can apply for participation in the probes within 20 days and should submit written response within 40 days.
