U.S. Initial Admin Ruling on China Polyester Film

 
On December 10, 2012, the United States Department of Commerce announced a preliminary ruling for its 3rd anti-dumping administrative review on polyester film from China (see the form below).

On October 31, 2007, the Department of Commerce initiated the anti-dumping investigation under HS code 39206200.90.

On September 19, 2008, the Department finally ruled the Chinese dumping margins at 3.49%-76.62%.

On December 30, 2011, the Department started its 3rd administrative review on the case.
