U.S. Admin Ruling on China Boxed Pencils

 
On January 11, U.S. Department of Commerce announced an administrative antidumping preliminary ruling that, on boxed pencils from China, Chinese maker, Beijing Fila Dixon Stationery Company, Ltd. a/k/a Beijing Dixon Ticonderoga Stationery Company, Ltd. a/k/a Beijing Dixon Stationery Company, Ltd., and Dixon Ticonderoga Company, took the dumping margin of 92.46%.

On November 7, 1993, the Commerce Department started the antidumping probe under HS Code 96091000;

On November 8, 1994, the Department finally ruled the Chinese dumping margin at 0%-44.66%;

On January 31, 2012, the Department started its 17th administrative review on this case.
