U.S. Admin Ruling on China Hand Pallet Trucks & Parts

 
On January 9, U.S. Department of Commerce announced an administrative antidumping preliminary ruling that, on hand-operated pallet trucks and parts from China, Chinese maker New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. took the dumping margin of 9.84%.

On December 9, 2003, the Commerce Department started the antidumping probe under HS Codes 87168050.10, 87168050.90 and 87169050.60;

On October 14, 2004, the Department finally ruled the Chinese dumping margin at 24.9%-386.75%;

On January 31, 2012, the Department started its 8th administrative review on this case.
