Canada to Take Sunset Review on China Thermoelectric Coolers-Warmers

 
On February 14, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced that it will decide whether to take antidumping and anti-subsidy sunset reviews on China-made semi-conductor thermoelectric coolers and warmers before March 27 because its existing double-anti duties will expire on December 10.

The interested parties to participate in the reviews should apply in writing before February 21 and those against the reviews should submit their written arguments before February 25.
