Canada Midterm Review on China Bicycles/Bike Frames

 
On March 1, Canada Border Services Agency announced starting its midterm review on the dumping of bicycles and bike frames from China and Chinese Taiwan with a focus on their normal value and export prices.

On May 15, 1992, the Agency started the antidumping probe under HS Codes 87120000.12, 87120000.20, 87120000.30, 87120000.40, 87120000.50, and 87120000.90.

On December 11, 1992, the Agency made a final ruling on the case.
