U.S. Anti-Subsidy Ruling on China Drill Pipes

On April 1, the U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily announced that regarding the anti-subsidy on drill pipes from China, an anti-subsidy duty at 5.23% should be imposed on Shanxi YiDa Special Steel Import & Export Co., Ltd. from China, with that of other firms unchanged.
The interested parties can apply for public hearings to the Department within 30 days from the announcement date; the Department will give its final ruling within 120 days after the preliminary ruling.
