U.S. Admin Ruling on China Gas-filled Off-the-Road Tyres

 
On April 16, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its administrative review result on gas-filled off-the-road tyres from China, finally ruling that the involved Hanghzou Zhongce Rubber Co.,Ltd. took a 112.41% dumping margin.

The HS Codes concerned are 40112010.25, 40112010.35, 40112050.30, 40112050.50, 40116100.00, 40116200.00, 4011630000, 40116900.00, 40119200.00, 40119340.00, 40119380.00, 40119440.00 and 40119480.00.

On October 31, 2011, the Commerce Department started its third administrative review for the antidumping case.
