Mexico Interim AD Duties on China Ceramic Dinnerware

On May 2, Mexico economic ministry preliminarily announced continuing the antidumping (AD) probe into ceramic dinnerware from China under HS Codes 69111991 and 69120001 and levying provisional antidumping duties as below:

Regarding the dinnerware priced below USD 2.58/kg, to levy a difference between customs' unit import price and the reference price, not more than the dumping margin set for each of responding Chinese exporters;
Regarding those priced at or higher than USD 2.58/kg, to suspend the provisional antidumping duties.
