U.S. AD Ruling on China & Austrian Xanthan Gums

 
On May 29, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its final ruling for the antidumping (AD) on the Xanthan Gums from China and Austria under HS Code 39139020.00, with the antidumping duties at 15.09%-154.07% imposed on Chinese enterprises and 29.98% on Austrian enterprises.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is due to give an industrial injury ruling by July 12. With the ITC ruling affirmative, the Commerce Department will issue its antidumping duty order.
