U.S. Anti-Subsidy Ruling on China Citric Acid & Citrate

On June 10, U.S. Department of Commerce announced, in its preliminary administrative ruling on China-made citric acid and citrate (HS Codes 29181400.00, 29181510.00 and 29181550.00), that the subsidy rate of 13.67% were granted to Chinese enterprises of RZBC Group Shareholding Co., Ltd., RZBC Co., Ltd., RZBC Juxian Co., Ltd. and RZBC Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd.

On April 13, 2009, the Commerce Department made a final anti-subsidy ruling for the case, and on July 10, 2012, started its third administrative review thereof.
