U.S. Sunset-Review Ruling on China Sodium Hexametaphosphate

On June 11, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its final sunset-review ruling for the antidumping on sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) from China, imposing the dumping margin of 92.02% on the Chinese enterprises of Jiangyin ChengXing International Trade Company Ltd. and Mianzhu HuaFengLin Chemical Industry Company Ltd., and 188.05% as the general rate.

The Commerce Department made its final ruling on January 29, 2008 and started the sunset review on February 1, 2013.
