India Defers Ruling on China Vitamin A Palmitate Dumping

On June 3, the India authority announced postponing its final sunset ruling to August 21, 2013 regarding its antidumping on Vitamin A Palmitate from China.

In September 2007, India decided to levy antidumping duties at 590-941 rupee/kg on the China-made Vitamin A Palmitate.

In March 2012, the authority started its sunset review for the case.
