U.S. Initial Admin Ruling on China Honey

 
On June 28, U.S. Department of Commerce announced the antidumping duty rate of USD 2.63/kg imposed on Chinese enterprises involved in its preliminary administrative ruling on China honey products under HS Codes 04090000, 17029000 and 21069099.

On October 4, 2001, the Commerce Department ruled the dumping margins 25.88%-183.80% on the Chinese enterprises. On January 30, 2013, it started its 11th administrative review for the case.
