U.S. Final Admin Ruling on China Polyester Staple Fibres

 
On June 28, U.S. Department of Commerce announced the antidumping duty rate of 44.30% imposed on Chinese enterprises involved in its final administrative ruling on China-made polyester staple fibres under HS Codes 55032000.65 and 55032000.45.

On April 19, 2007, the Commerce Department ruled the dumping margins of micro-44.30% on the Chinese enterprises. On July 31, 2012, it started its 5th administrative review for the case.
