The U.S. Admin AD Ruling on China Metal Racks/Baskets

On September 4, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced an administrative (AD) review ruling that China's New King Shan (Zhu Hai) Co., Ltd. has 0.00% dumping margin regarding U.S. antidumping probe on kitchen metal racks/baskets from China.

On July 21, 2009, the Commerce Department ruled the Chinese enterprises had 44.77%-95.99% dumping margins, involving the HS Codes 84189980.50, 73219050.00 and 85169080.00.

On October 31, 2010, the Department started its third sunset review for the case.
