Brazil Probes China Resin Pencils Dumping

On September 13, Brazil's foreign trade ministry announced deciding to launch an antidumping probe into the resin pencils from China (under Mercosur HS Code 9609.10.00).

The case number is MDIC/SECEX 52272.001177/2013-50, the dumping investigatory period is January-December 2012 and the injury investigatory period is January 2008-December 2012.
