Canada Two-Anti Rulings on China Aluminum Curtain Walls

On October 10, Canada Border Services Agency made antidumping and anti-subsidy final rulings on aluminum unitized curtain walls from China as below:


The Canada Agency launched the double-anti probe on March 4, and gave its preliminary rulings on July 15.

The products are under HS Codes 7610.10.00.20, 7610.90.10.90, 7610.90.90.90, and also likely under the Codes 7008.00.00.00, 7308.30.00.21, 7610.10.00.10, 7610.90.90.30.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal will go on probing into the injury by those Chinese products to Canadian domestic industry, and will made its injury-related final rulings on November 12.
