Brazil AD Duty on China Eyeglass Frames

Recently, Brazil's Trade Protection Bureau notified Chinese diplomats that the Brazil authority has decided to levy an antidumping (AD) duty on the eyeglass frames from China at the rate of USD 11.44/piece for five years from October 1, 2013; the products are under Mercosur HS Codes 9003.11.00, 9003.19.10, 9003.19.90, 9004.90.10 and 9004.90.90.
