U.S. Anti-Subsidy Duty on China Welded Carbon Steel Pipes

On October 2, U.S. Commerce Department announced its final ruling for expedite sunset review on the subsidized circular welded carbon steel pipes from China, affirming that ending U.S. anti-subsidy measures would lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury by the Chinese products to domestic industry in a reasonably foreseeable time.
