U.S. Sunset Reviews on China Sodium Nitrite

On October 21, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced starting expedited sunset reviews for its antidumping and anti-subsidy on sodium nitrite from China and for its antidumping on sodium nitrite from Germany respectively in order to determine whether ending the U.S. double-anti measures would lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury by those imports to domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

On July 1, U.S. Commerce Department launched the sunset reviews involving the HS Code 28341010.00.
