U.S. Sunset Reviews on China Woven Bags

On October 21, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced starting expedited sunset reviews for its antidumping and anti-subsidy on composite woven bags from China in order to determine whether ending the U.S. double-anti measures would lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury by the Chinese bags to domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

On July 1, U.S. Commerce Department launched the double-anti sunset reviews involving the HS Codes 63053300.50 and 63053300.80.
